My journey with photography started in 2003 when I was running an international sports brand connected to Parkour/Freerunning. Being such a visual and dynamic sport, the most valuable properties were in the photo and video field, so I took it upon myself to learn everything I needed to know in order to stand out from the crowd. At the time I was blessed to be travelling the world working on high end commercials and movies, so it was a real baptism of fire, where I worked with some of the best photographers/videographers in the world and learned very quickly, while constantly having to think on my feet. I loved the adrenaline buzz it gave and that was me completely and utterly hooked. The rest as they say, is history.

Fast forward to current times......

I'm still involved in the action sports side of things but through my own experiences as a performance athlete over the years (boxing, Brazilian jiu jitsu, vale tudo, judo, running and football) I've found myself being drawn towards shooting in the health & fitness field. In a relatively short period I have managed to build up very solid foundations, where I've worked with an abundance of high profile companies, publications, world class athletes, PT's and regular fitness enthusiasts.

More often than not these days, my workflow sees me doing a mix of - fitness/physique studio shoots, gym shoots, covering action sports, commercial, editorial, live events, lifestyle, fashion, streetwear creative and travel.

My attention to detail and making a point of being different is what has helped me become lionized within the industry.

No project is ever too big or too small and every shoot is treated as though it's a rehearsal for the big one.
